CRM
Never let a hot lead go cold.
Log every enquiry, track the buyer's journey, and follow up at exactly the right moment. Built for the pace of an Indian used-car yard.
How it works
Everything included in CRM & Lead Management.
Lead capture
Log walk-ins, WhatsApp enquiries, and phone calls in seconds. Attach a vehicle of interest and a staff owner to every lead.
Follow-up reminders
Set a follow-up date for any lead. MotorIQ surfaces overdue follow-ups every time staff logs in — no lead falls through the cracks.
Pipeline view
See every lead at a glance: New → Contacted → Test Drive → Negotiation → Closed / Lost. Move cards with a single click.
Buyer history
Every interaction, call note, and test drive is logged against the buyer. When they return for their next car, you already know them.
Staff assignment
Assign leads to specific staff members. Track who followed up, when, and what was discussed.
Conversion analytics
See lead-to-sale conversion rates by staff member, source, and month. Know exactly where deals are won and lost.
FAQ
Common questions
Can staff members only see their own leads?
Admins can view all leads. Staff see their assigned leads plus unassigned ones. You control visibility through the staff permission settings.
Is there WhatsApp integration?
WhatsApp Cloud API integration is on the roadmap. In the meantime you can log WhatsApp enquiries manually and use the built-in follow-up reminders.
Can I track where my leads come from?
Yes — each lead has a source field (walk-in, phone, online listing, referral, etc.). The analytics dashboard breaks down conversion by source.
